DMCA Takedown Policy

ImpactLynk respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We have registered a DMCA Designated Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office as required by law.

How to Submit a Copyright Takedown Notice

If you believe content on ImpactLynk infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Agent. Your notice must identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its URL on ImpactLynk, your contact information, and include a good faith belief statement and your signature.

Send notices to: dmca@impactlynk.com (preferred) or by mail to: DMCA Agent, ImpactLynk, P.O. Box 1028, San Anselmo, CA 94960.

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, ImpactLynk will promptly review it, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, and notify the uploader of the removal and their right to submit a counter-notice. We aim to act within five to ten business days.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or your use is lawful, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@impactlynk.com. Valid counter-notices result in content restoration within ten to fourteen business days, unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who are the subject of two or more valid DMCA takedown notices within any rolling twelve-month period will have their accounts permanently terminated.
