Impact Lynk is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of everyone who uses the platform, especially student minors. This page describes what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control your data.
Student Privacy
Student profiles are private by default and not visible to the general public or other students outside the same chapter. Service hour records are only accessible to the student and their assigned school advisor. We do not sell student data or use it for advertising.
Information We Collect
For students: name, email address, school affiliation, service hour logs, and photos submitted for hour verification. For school advisors: name, email, school name, and district. For nonprofits: organization name, contact information, event details, and public profile information.
Photo Verification Standards
Photos submitted for hour verification are reviewed only by the school advisor overseeing that student's submission. Photos are stored securely and are not shared publicly or used in marketing without separate explicit consent.
Data Retention and Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us at info@impactlynk.com to exercise your rights. We respond within 30 days.
