Terms of Service
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ImpactLynk, Inc. governing your access to and use of the ImpactLynk website, mobile application, and all related services.
Description of Service
ImpactLynk is a web and mobile platform that allows students to log and track volunteer service hours, allows schools to review and approve student volunteer records, and allows nonprofit organizations to post volunteer opportunities and coordinate with students through partner schools.
Account Registration
You must create an account to use ImpactLynk. You must be at least 13 years old to create a student account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
Student Terms
Students represent that all volunteer hour log submissions are accurate and truthful. Submitting false or fabricated hour logs is a material violation of these Terms and may be reported to your school.
School Administrator Terms
School administrators represent that they are authorized to act on behalf of their educational institution and agree to comply with FERPA when handling student data obtained through the platform.
Nonprofit Terms
Nonprofits represent that they are legitimate organizations in good standing and that all volunteer opportunities posted are genuine, legal, and appropriate for high school students.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. For claims not subject to arbitration, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Marin County, California.
